Red Three-Piece Reversible Cutting Board Set
Three graduated boards in red — the colour professional kitchens reserve for raw meat.

The same three graduated boards in black, where knife scarring never shows.
Every plastic board acquires knife marks. It is not a defect; it is what happens when a steel edge meets a softer surface a few thousand times. On a white board those marks turn into a grey web that looks unhygienic long before it is. On black they are invisible. That is the entire reason this colour exists in the range.
There is a second advantage that only shows up in use. Most of what needs careful knife work is pale — garlic, onion, ginger, potato, chicken breast, white fish. Against a black surface the outline of a thin slice is obvious, and against a white surface it is not. Chefs choose dark boards for that contrast, not for the look.
The construction matches the rest of the range: three graduated sizes moulded from food-grade polypropylene, both faces usable, a juice groove running around each face, and textured handle cut-outs that keep a wet board from spinning. The material takes a blade without dulling it, which is the failing of glass and stone boards.
Cleaning is where plastic beats wood outright. These go on the dishwasher rack and come out at temperature, which is a standard of cleaning a wooden board can never receive because water opens the grain and heat splits it. Polypropylene does not absorb juices in the first place, so there is less to clean off.
