Shipping
The short answer: not by us. Every buy button here opens a listing on Amazon, and the delivery is Amazon’s from that point on.
It is worth being blunt about this before anything else, because most pages with this heading are written by shops. This is not a shop. There is no warehouse behind homwe.net, no packing bench and no courier account. What the site does is describe the HOMWE range and send you to the listing where the item is actually sold.
That means every figure you would want on a shipping page — what the postage costs, how many days it takes, whether it can go to your country — is set by Amazon and by the seller of that particular item, not by this site. Quoting a number here would be inventing one.
Where the real delivery estimate is
Amazon shows the estimate for your address, at the moment you are looking, in three places. All three are more reliable than any figure a third-party page could print, because they take account of your postcode, your account and current stock.
- On the listing itself, under the price — a delivery date and, if there is one, a faster paid option.
- At checkout, before you confirm — the final cost and date, after your address is applied.
- In Your Orders after buying — the live tracking, which is the only place the parcel’s actual progress exists.
What decides the cost and the speed
Four things, none of them under this site’s control. Whether the item is fulfilled by Amazon or shipped by a third-party seller; whether your account has a Prime subscription; where you are; and how much of the order Amazon can send from one place. Two items from this catalogue can therefore arrive on different days even when bought in the same basket.
One consequence is worth knowing before you order a set. Several products in this range are sold as multi-piece sets — four-piece mitt and trivet sets, three-piece board sets, mats in pairs. Those arrive as one item, because the set is the unit Amazon sells. Buying two separate listings is what can split a delivery, not buying a set.
Countries and addresses
Availability outside the United States depends on the listing. Some are exportable, some are not, and some are stocked separately on a local Amazon site with a different price and a different delivery estimate. The listing tells you at checkout; a catalogue cannot.
The prices shown throughout this site are the US listing prices read at the last rebuild, in US dollars, before tax and before any postage. They are a guide to what the item costs, not a quote for what you will pay at the end of a checkout in another country.
What to do if a parcel goes wrong
Contact Amazon, not this site — and this is not a brush-off, it is the only route that can work. A late, damaged or missing parcel is resolved from the order record, and the order record exists in your Amazon account. This site never sees it: we do not know that you bought anything, what you bought or where it was sent.
If something on a page here is wrong — a size that does not match the listing, a dead link, a price that has drifted a long way — that is ours and we do want to hear it. Write to [email protected] and say which page.
