One address, and no form
Everything reaches the same inbox. What follows is what it is useful for, so that a message about a lost parcel does not sit in a place that cannot answer it.

What this address is good for
- A figure that does not match the listing. A size, a piece count, a rating, a price, a colour that is no longer offered. These are defects and they get fixed.
- A link that goes nowhere, or lands on a different product than the page describes.
- A sentence that reads as a promise about a product, or as a customer speaking. Neither belongs on these pages, and either one is a fault worth fixing.
- A rights holder’s request. If the brand wants text, an image or a whole page changed or taken down, this is the route. It will be acted on.
- A question the site should have answered. Several entries on the questions page exist because someone asked.
What has to go to the store instead
No order is taken here, which means the whole transaction — payment, delivery, returns and warranty — belongs to the shop the buy button opened. That is not a brush-off: it is the only place the answers exist, because this site never sees that an order happened.
- Where the parcel is, and when it will arrive.
- Cancelling, changing or returning an order, and chasing a refund.
- A faulty, damaged or wrong item, or a set that arrived short a piece.
- Warranty claims and anything the manufacturer must answer.
- Whether a colour or size will be back in stock.

Why there is no form, no phone and no address
A contact form would collect your name and message into a database this site does not have and does not want. A plain address does the same job, leaves the copy of the conversation in your own mailbox rather than only in ours, and adds nothing to what the site holds about you.
The phone number and the postal address are missing for a blunter reason: there is no office to ring and no counter to visit. Printing a plausible street address would be the cheapest trust signal available and also a lie, and a catalogue whose whole argument is about not overstating what it knows cannot open with one.
The inbox is read by the person who maintains the catalogue, not by a support desk, so no response time is promised here. What is promised is narrower and can actually be kept: a reported error is either corrected at the next rebuild or the figure is removed.
