four two-packs

Two-packs: the same things, twice over

Some of the range is also listed doubled: one order, two of the same item. A two-pack changes the quantity and nothing else — the same mitt, the same set, the same boards — so this shelf answers a single question, whether you want it twice, and gives each pack a page and a price of its own instead of folding it into the single.

The four packs, in one table

The piece count here covers both halves of the pack together, which is why every figure is double the one on the single’s own shelf. A score appears only where the listing itself shows one.

What doubling changes, and what it leaves alone

A two-pack is a quantity, not a new model. That has consequences for the numbers on these pages, and they are set out here.

The single is the reference

Every pack on this shelf is a size option on the listing of a product that has its own page: 14.7-inch mitts, mitt and trivet set, mitt and pot holder set, cutting board set. Length, materials and construction are those of the single; the pack changes how many arrive.

That is why the packs stand here and not among the colourways of the single. Shown there as one more swatch, a pack would lift the starting price on the single’s card and stretch its price range, and the figure on that card would stop describing the thing it sits under.

Ratings, only where the listing shows them

Just one pack of the four shows a score on its own listing: the board set two-pack, at 4.7 from 35,094 ratings, the very pool of the single cutting board set, because the two are listed together. The other three show no score, and none is printed for them here.

Copying the single’s figure across would look tidier. It would also put a number on a page that the listing behind it does not carry.

Questions

About the two-packs

Answered from the listings for these four packs, not from the singles they double.

Is a two-pack a different product from the single?

No. Its listing offers the same item with a pack of two as the size option, under the same family of listings as the single. What the single’s page says about size and pieces holds for each half of the pack.

What changes is the count in the order and the price of it, and both stand on the pack’s own page.

Why does the board pack show a rating when the others do not?

Because its listing shows one and theirs do not. The boards are rated as one pool across the single set and the pack; the mitt and set packs are listed without a score of their own.

We print what each listing shows. A blank here means a blank there.

Which colours do the packs come in?

Five colourways across the four packs, against twenty-seven on the singles they double. The 14.7-inch mitts two-pack comes in canyon red. The trivet set two-pack comes in black or blue. The pot holder set two-pack comes in beige. The board set two-pack comes in gray.

Any other shade is sold as a single only, on the single’s own page.
