What this site is, in plain terms
Short, because a catalogue that takes no orders has few terms to impose. What follows is mostly a description of the limits of the information here.
Using these pages means accepting what they are: a description of one range, assembled from the published data behind its listings at a single moment, offered for reading. It is not a shop, not a warranty, not professional advice, and not a substitute for the listing you eventually order from.
The figures are a dated snapshot
Prices, ratings, rating counts, stock states, sizes and piece counts were read in July 2026 and are printed as a record of that reading. They are not maintained live and will drift. The month named above dates every figure on the site: there is no second, fresher reading behind any of them.
Reasonable care was taken and the build stops rather than publish a figure it cannot establish, but no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or currency is offered here. Before ordering, the listing’s own figures are the ones that count. A decision made on the strength of a stale price is a decision made on the wrong number, and this site cannot answer for it.
No advice, and no test results
Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, nor safety advice, nor a substitute for the instructions and warnings supplied with a product. No page on this site reports a test: the figures are read from the listings for these seven items, not measured here, and no page implies otherwise. Follow the documentation supplied with the product for anything that matters.
Trademarks and ownership
The HOMWE name and the marks belonging to it are the property of the brand, not of this site. They are used here with its authorisation, as its official representative, to describe the range we sell. That authorisation covers this catalogue; it does not make the brand and this site one party, and it gives a reader no right to use the marks. The marks of the shop the buy buttons open belong to that shop in the same way.
Product photographs come from the listings for these products and remain the property of their respective owners; they are reproduced to identify the goods described. If a rights holder wants any text, image or page changed or removed, [email protected] reaches us and the request will be acted on rather than argued with.
The writing, arrangement, comparison tables and page structure of this site are its own. Quoting a passage with a link back is welcome; republishing the catalogue wholesale is not.
Links out
Buy buttons and any other outbound links lead to sites nobody here controls. Their content, availability, terms and privacy practices are their own responsibility, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the product it points at. What the buttons do technically is described on the questions page.
Changes, and reaching a person
The site is rebuilt from scratch each time it changes, so these terms and every figure on the site can change without notice; the current version is the one you are reading. There is no company name, registered office or telephone line to publish here, and the contact page explains why inventing one was not an option. Anything at all reaches [email protected].
If a clause on this page ever appears to contradict something a product page claims, treat the live listing as authoritative about the product, and tell us about the contradiction. It is a defect in the site, not a matter of interpretation.
